I LOVE Attic to the Basement sales! Tara's prices are always good, then she does them even better by bargaining. Items are quality, her staff is knowledgable and pleasant and it's always a pleasurable experience. I will look for Attic to the Basement sales before any other!

Tara and her crew were a pleasure to work with from day one. This was my childhood home we were liquidating so it was an emotional time. Everyone on the team was kind, respectful and professional. Tara was responsive to my questions both before and after the sale. And we were paid very promptly.

Losing your last parent is never easy (obviously), but life goes on and things need to be done including, very often, holding an estate sale of your parent's home, doing a clean-out of what remains after the sale and then preparing the home to go onto the market. This is what I had to deal with when I lost my mom and was appointed executor of her estate. When I did my research, the name that came up more than any other was Tara at Attic to the Basement. Tara not only displayed total professionalism every step of the way, her compassion was unequaled. It was as if she was family. Tara explained the process to me and then delivered on everything she promised- from sorting through all my parents' clutter, preparing the house and all items for sale, and then running a totally professional estate sale. And Tara's co-workers are cut out of the same cloth. Wonderful people, all. Tara also connected me with a clean-out company that was equally professional in their approach when the remaining unsold items, etc. had to be removed. In sum, I could not have chosen a better professional to work with and I will always remember fondly how helpful Tara was. I am proud to now call her my friend. I offer my unequivocal 5 star endorsement to Attic to the Basement and strongly recommend you use them for all of your estate sale needs!

I can't say enough good things about Attic to the Basement Estate Sales! Everyone who worked on our sale was just wonderful. I was nervous anticipating selling my family's many loved possessions, but the Attic to the Basement team helped me feel comfortable about the whole process. The setup was absolutely fantastic. We were selling a lot of vintage toys, and Lisa and Sami created what looked like a magical Toyland! They also beautifully displayed our glassware and figurines and Highlights magazines and the dresses my mom had sewn for us many years ago, treating everything with care. Tara and her team are organized, competent, and knowledgeable. During the sale, everything ran smoothly, and I didn't have to concern myself with a thing. Throughout, they took such joy in our old possessions that I felt like I was experiencing everything anew. And we had some laughs too! Every step of the way, Tara and her team helped me to joyfully let my old things find new homes. I am grateful to have met these new friends. All of them are really good people who care about my family and me. Thank you, Tara, Lisa, Sami, Kris, and William!! You are all awesome!

Thank you to Tara and her wonderful crew who made my move so much more easier. They were professional and very personable. I had A very big house and a lot to sell, they transformed the entire house into a store and made it look amazing. SUCH AN AMAZING ESTATE SALE 10/10 She was incredibly knowledgeable on the antiques and other items. We bought so much and cannot wait to go back to another one of her amazing sales.

We have been to hundreds of estate sales over the last 20 years or so. We witness very good sales, where items are fairly and reasonably priced to sell, and bad poorly executed sales, where items have online prices or priced so high, it's not worth buying it used/2nd hand. Attic to The Basement sales are always well planned and very organized in the execution of the sale. Most items have price tags so buyers don't have to keep asking - how much is this?. Sales reps are always friendly, never rude or snippy. They offer help, provide info, answer questions, and honest if they don't know all the info.
We plan to hire them to host an estate sale in our home once we're ready to move on. We always have a pleasant experience whenever we go to estate sales hosted by Attic To The Basement. They do it right. Very professional!

This is one of the best Estate Sale Companies in NJ. The prices are very fair and can be negotiated unlike many others. Lisa and Marco are great. We love going to sales that this company is running very friendly and professional. Can't wait to see you guys soon!! (John, Donna, Billy and Jenn)
